Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia 76ers, in their 70th season in the NBA, are about to play two
preseason games against the Dallas Mavericks in the “NBA China Games”, an annual showcase
since 2004.
Before leaving for China, the 76ers decided to partner with Temple University’s International
Affairs Office to expand both organizations’ respective outreach in China.
Temple University, established in 1884, is a large, public, and urban institution in Philadelphia.
